You’ll receive a multi SIM card, which holds all three formats (nano, micro and standard) in one. Just pop out the size you need.
If you ordered on Three…
You’ll receive the right size SIM card for your phone, which slots straight in. If you ordered a SIM only deal on Three, we’ll send you a nano SIM card and an adapter to fit any phone.
Before you insert your SIM, make sure you read the manual that comes with your phone. In it, you should find helpful instructions. Otherwise, please visit your phone manufacturer’s website for help.
It’s possible that your new SIM card activated quicker than usual, disconnecting your old one. To help prevent this from happening, we request a 24-hour activation delay on new SIM cards, but the network may have activated it sooner than expected. Not to worry, your new SIM card will arrive with your new phone, ready to use.
All contract deals come with a SIM card included. You’ll find it inside the packaging. If you’ve checked and you’re positive you can’t find a SIM card, please contact your network to request one, as well as a SIM swap.
All our SIM free mobile phones are sourced within Europe, which means European SIMs should be compatible. However, you should first check with your network that it’s compatible with the specific SIM free phone(s) you want to buy from us.
Please contact your network directly to check that your SIM is connected. If it is, you should request a replacement SIM card as it may be faulty.
If your network tells you that your SIM isn’t connected, please get in touch with us.
If your old SIM fits your new phone, please use it as your new upgrade deal has been moved across to it. If your old SIM doesn’t fit your new phone, please contact the network directly and ask them to swap your new upgrade deal to your new SIM.
It’s short for embedded SIM, meaning there’s no physical SIM card that you insert in your mobile. It’s already built into it by the manufacturer, alongside a normal SIM card slot.
