    A Pristine refurbished mobile may show minimal signs of use, such as a few tiny, barely noticeable scratches. The screen might have very faint marks, but overall, the device looks almost untouched. This grade delivers excellent quality and performance at a fantastic value.

    A Very Good refurbished mobile works perfectly and shows normal signs of wear. It may have minor scratches or scuffs on the casing or screen, but these do not affect its performance. This grade delivers a reliable device at excellent value.

    A Good refurbished mobile works fully and shows noticeable signs of use, including light scuffs, scratches, or minor dings on the casing and screen. Despite these marks, the device performs reliably, offering a solid, value-for-money option.

    All our refurbished phones come with a 12-month warranty. If your device develops a fault, we’ve got you covered. Just contact our customer support team, and they’ll guide you through the process to arrange an exchange.

    You can return your phone within 14 days if the following conditions are met:
    • The phone is in pristine condition
    • The original box and all accessories are returned undamaged
    • Any additional gifts or promotional items are returned undamaged
    • All locks or passwords are removed, and the phone is reset to factory settings
