How to Return Your Phone


Step 1: Prepare Your Device

iPhone


1) Sign out of iCloud.
Go to Settings > iCloud, scroll down and tap Sign Out. In iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account. Tap Sign Out once again, then Delete from My iPhone, and finally enter your password.

2) Erase and reset your iPhone.
Go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap Erase All Content and Settings

Android

1) Remove Google Account and any manufacturer (e.g. Samsung or Huawei) accounts.
Samsung: Settings > Cloud and Accounts
Others: Typically in Settings > Accounts

2) Erase and reset your device.
Samsung: Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset
Others: Typically in Settings >

Step 2: Package Your Return

Please use appropriate packaging to protect the mobile phone, as you will be liable to cover the cost of any damage to it.

  • Use the brown cardboard box you received the phone in or another sturdy box, padded so the phone doesn’t move around inside
  • Put a return address on the box (please also include your order number on the box)
  • Put your contact name, address and telephone number inside
  • Seal securely


  • Step 3: Post Your Return

    Please return your mobile to the address provided in the email. You’ll remain liable for the phone and contract until we’ve received it.
