All good things must come to an end. So, if your phone contract’s almost up, it’s definitely worth thinking about what to do next. Considering getting a new mobile and SIM, and moving to a new network? It’s really easy to do, and you can even keep your current phone number, hassle-free.

Keep your current phone number

Keeping your number may sound like a tricky process, but it’s actually really easy – especially with the Text to Switch service.

  • 1

Using your current phone and SIM card, text ‘PAC’ to 65075, free of charge.

  • 2

Enter this code at checkout when you order a new SIM. If you’ve already bought one, just ring your new network and tell them the code – they’ll do all the hard work to move your old phone number to your new SIM.

  • 3

Then, just put your new SIM into your phone.

Please bear in mind that if you’ve already bought a new SIM and have to call the network to make the switch, it can take 2 working days (from when you put the new SIM into your phone) for your number to transfer over.

Not bothered about keeping your number?

If you’d rather start fresh, that’s just as easy too. Simply follow this process to cancel your current phone number.
