Overview
The Doro 8050 has a simple 5.45-inch touchscreen that makes getting from your contacts to your camera a piece of cake. You’ll easily be able to hear it ringing from another room thanks to the loud and clear sound, while the 13MP rear camera lets you take some fun pictures when you’re out with friends. It comes with Google Assistant too, so you don’t even need to set a timer or add an event to your diary by yourself, as you can just ask Google to do it for you. Around the back there’s a Doro assistance button, which when you press sends an alarm and your location to contacts that you’ve assigned to your circle of care. Whoever gets to it first will be able to speak to you straight away on speaker phone, meaning you won’t have to be worried about lifting the phone to your ear. And if you’re worried about setting it all up, the guided discovery feature will talk you through it every step of the way.
