2021 was a busy year for us all at Mobile Phones Direct, and 2022 has got off to the best possible start. Not only were we nominated for 2 prestigious awards – the 2022 Uswitch Mobile Reseller of the Year and the What Mobile Awards 2022: Best Retailer Award – but we won in both categories too.

Our dedicated team always give it their all, going above and beyond to help our customers. So, we’re thrilled their hard work was recognised by an expert judging panel of journalists from the world of news, technology and consumer finance.

The winner of the What Mobile Awards 2022: Best Retailer Award is picked by you, the customers, and we have to give a big thanks to all 29,000 of you that voted for us. We were up against some pretty stiff competition, so to get 35% of the total vote is a massive achievement for all our team.
