Please note we will not accept returns unless you have obtained a valid returns authorisation number (RAN) – Call 0345 470 4000

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us and you can return your order for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. We are only able to offer this guarantee on the basis that the goods being returned are in a resellable condition. It is important that you do not insert a SIM card into the phone as this creates user's settings that will personalise the phone to you and your network. If this happens then we may not be able to accept your return, and you could end up liable for any costs incurred with the airtime agreement you have been connected to.

Please contact us on 0345 470 4000 in order for us to provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN). Once we have provided you with this we will email you instructions of how to return your item(s).

Faulty Handsets

Please note we will not accept returns unless you have obtained a valid exchange authorisation number (EAN) – Call 0345 470 4000

If your faulty handset is within the 14 day exchange period, please contact us for a full exchange on 0345 470 4000. We will provide you with an Exchange Authorisations Number (EAN) and email you full instructions on where to send your faulty handset.

If your handset has a fault but has fallen outside of the 14 day exchange period, please contact the manufacturer direct for a replacement. Manufacturer contact numbers and other information can be found here.

Alternatively for faulty items or returns please fill out the form below and we will contact you to arrange for an authorisation number to be sent to you.

Please Note

Do not return any order without first receiving a Returns Authorisation Number as our warehouse will be unable to accept delivery and the goods will be returned to you. Upon inspection of the goods returned to our warehouse, should the goods not be in a resellable condition, we will contact you to advise that we will be returning the phone to you or give you the option to pay a restocking fee that will allow us to re-sell the used phone. If in doubt please contact our customer service team who will do their best to resolve your problem.
