How do I pay for my goods?

We accept payment for online orders by any of the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, MasterCard or American Express. We regret we cannot take payment by Electron cards. We do not debit any money from your account until your goods are ready for despatch.

Is the site secure?

Yes it is. Our site is hosted on a dedicated server which utilises industry approved security, SSL encryption. Our systems encompass the very highest level of data protection available.

Can I port my number?

All of our deals are subject to taking out a new number with the chosen network. Unfortunately, we do not port mobile numbers.

Do your prices include VAT and delivery?

Yes they do. However you should be aware that we do not deliver outside of the UK. We reserve the right to make additional charges for deliveries to Eire or the Channel Islands. - In these instances, you will be advised before despatch.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. We offer a 7 day "peace of mind" returns policy. If you wish to return your goods within the 7 day period, they should be sent insured/registered mail or delivery service, and reach us within the 7 day period. Please contact our returns team on info@mobilephonesdirect.co.uk if you require further information on returns, replacements or goods that have developed a fault.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to despatch all in stock items within 24 hours of order subject to network credit approval for an airtime contract. All orders are delivered next working day by Royal Mail special delivery.
