Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your goods you may return them within 7 days of the date you received them. We will then issue a refund and arrange (if applicable) for a pay monthly network disconnection* subject to the goods being returned to us, as-new, unused and complete with original packaging. If you intend to return a phone, do not insert a SIM card as this creates user settings that will personalise the phone to you and your network.

Before you return the goods, telephone or email us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) on 0845 470 4000 or webshop@mobilephonesdirect.co.uk and clearly write the RAN on the supplied white returns label.

If returning a phone, always return it using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is available from your Post Office. Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees a next working day delivery, your package is traceable and is covered by Royal Mail postal insurance. Ensure that you return the phone inside the outer cardboard box in which it was supplied to protect it during transit. We politely remind you note that all goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

* Please note that you will be liable for any calls that were made whilst the phone was in your possession and a pro-rata line rental charge for the period between the time of connection and the time that we receive your returned handset. These charges will be taken by direct debit by the relevant network operator.
