We recommend a specialist manufacturer approved repair company called Regenersis Plc for mobile phone warranty and non-warranty repairs. Regenersis Plc are one of the largest repairers of mobile phones in the UK.
Please print and complete the repair form below to have your handset repaired, carefully reading the Regenersis Plc terms and conditions before you send your repair. Regenersis Plc is an independent company and you will need to sign and agree to their terms and conditions.
The repair form requests that you supply a 15-digit serial number called an IMEI. You can find this number either on the side of the phone box or inside the handset when you remove the battery.
What do I send?
Regenersis Plc will normally require just the handset to be returned, but if you suspect a power-charging fault, then return the handset and additionally the battery and mains charger for testing.
Please do not return your SIM card, SD memory card, Box, or any other accessories with your repair.
If you have phone numbers or content stored in the handset, remember to back this up elsewhere Any stored content will be lost when the handset is repaired.
How and where do I send my repair?
Carefully package the handset using bubble wrap or similar, and send it to Regenersis Plc. The handset remains your responsibility until it is received and we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service.
