Delivery Information
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be guaranteed a next working day delivery, subject to a successful network credit check (if applicable). Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday (unless a bank holiday) and delivered Tuesday.
Mobile Phones Direct currently uses Parcelforce to dispatch your new phone. If you or another authorised person are not available to sign for the parcel, then you will be supplied with a card with your delivery reference and a contact telephone number for Parcelforce. Your package will then be stored at the local sorting office where you can arrange to collect it, or have the goods delivered on an alternative date.
