Delivery Information
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be guaranteed a next working day delivery, subject to a successful network
credit check (if applicable). Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday
(unless a bank holiday) and delivered Tuesday.
Mobile Phones Direct currently uses Royal Mail special delivery to dispatch your new phone. Due to distant selling regulations set
by the Networks, all phones must be sent to the customers billing address as supplied for your network credit check. If you or another
individual is not there to sign for the parcel, then you will be supplied with a card with your delivery reference and a contact
telephone number for Royal mail. Your package will then be stored at the local sorting office where you can arrange to collect it, or
have the goods delivered on an alternative date.
