This time last year, I was sat in this very spot with a bit of a hangover, coffee in one hand and typing away gleefully with the other as I broke the news that we had won our first ever Mobile News Award for Best Online Retailer.
Today, on the morning of the 11th of March 2016, I have the repeat agony of a pounding headache (I’m getting too old for this!) but also the reoccurring pride I felt last year, as I can once again reveal that last night, for the second year running, we were named Best Online Retailer at the annual Mobile News Awards.
As you can imagine, we are ecstatic to have successfully defended our title and it’s so wonderful to see that all the hard work every member of staff put in to this year has paid off.
Our customer services have never been more loyal to each and every query, sales agents have never been more passionate about finding the right deal for the right customer, our fulfilment team have worked beyond the call of duty to ensure every order gets out the door and in the hands of the customer the very next day and our security team have worked relentlessly to keep our fraud rate at the lowest in the industry. Most importantly however, our customers continue to express their satisfaction, giving us a 9.0/10 Rating on Trust pilot and 4.4/5 rating on review centre – so we would like to thank you, the customer, for helping us achieve this wonderful achievement.
